Okay so in the last month I have had three negative experiences. 1st no one was there at all. No sign no nothing. 2nd I needed one cookie. The lady told me they were closed to catch up and wouldn’t even sell me one cookie. In the time she argued it’d have been done. 3rd there was a sign said be back in 15. It was way longer. This store obviously can’t run on one employee at a time.

Last night was my daughter’s birthday. Every year she gets a cookie from here. We went to order her cookie at 6pm. We waited at the counter for a few minutes before we rang the bell and waited a few minutes after we rang the bell. The employee comes out and we told him we would like to order a cookie. He proceeded to tell us that he had already cleaned up , washed and put everything away. He told us that if he was to get stuff back out , the mall would be closed before he would have stuff ready. Mind you the mall was still open for another two hours. I would think if I owned a buisness I would want to sell as much as possible everyday. I wouldn’t want my employees cleaning up until at least 15 to 30 minutes prior to closing. After shopping in a few stores , telling people how this buisness was being ran, they were shocked. However they gave us ideas for a place to go and we received amazing service from somewhere else. My advice gets better employees or a manager who care about your buisness.

GAC: Instead of apologizing for your overwhelming bad reviews fix your problems. The Grand Central Mall location has ATROCIOUS punk employees who couldn’t care less about your customers. I was given stale old hard cookies and brownies all thrown together in one bag, no cellophane separating them not even the bottom of the bag. I thought Walmart had bad cookies, these made Walmart taste like gourmet. Do your customers a favor and have your prices match your quality

After i stood there for a min..due to the employee being on her phone , I spent 15 dollars . FIFTEEN DOLLARS .On a cheesecake brownie, 3 pbutter cookies and 2 strawberry cookies ...the brownie was so hard around the edges I couldn't eat it , same with the cookies ..also slightly tasted like the dough may have been left uncovered in a dirty fridge! Really really disappointed

I asked for a specific theme for our son's cookie. There were no templates available, so Travis took his time and made one! The cookie turned out wonderful and our son was super impressed!!! We couldn't have asked for any better service!!! For something special, I highly recommend Great American Cookies! 😄😄😄
